I helped research, validate, design and build an analytics based product that helps contact centres improve their funnels. The solution helps contact centres identify opportunities to reduce their cost of acquisitions for new leads and increase their customer’s life time value.

Revamped engineering processes, implemented agile methodologies, release trains, and code reviews to deliver a funnel analysis SAAS solution, in 1 year, bringing in revenue of 250K USD in 2021 Q1.

Led, managed and mentored a team of product owners, developers, and related personnel to increase employee satisfaction to 93%.
