Refund Policy

We want to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. However, due to the digital nature of our products (courses, memberships, etc.), we have a limited refund policy as outlined below.

General Policy:

• Refunds are not offered for any digital products once access has been granted.
• This includes:
  
  • Courses (including self-paced and live)
  • Memberships
  • Ebooks
  • Templates
  • Any other downloadable content

Exceptions (Optional):

• You may be eligible for a full refund within a specific timeframe (e.g., 7 days) from the purchase date if:
  
  • The product description is demonstrably inaccurate.
  • There is a technical issue preventing you from accessing the product.
  • You were provided a special refund offer.
• In these cases, please contact us at pramod@pramodgeorge.com with a detailed explanation of the issue.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Any individual modules or lessons within a course are not refundable.
• Renewal fees for memberships are not refundable.

Processing Refunds:

• If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 45 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
